Firstly thanks a million for your continued support, our team really do appreciate it. We are having to think quite quickly on our feet and change how our business works on a daily basis to keep us all safe.
With this in mind, from Tuesday 24th March we are offering a few new services
1. Contactless service
Click and collect is now available between 10-2 on select day

Just place your order and select which day you would like to collect and our team will have it ready for you. If you dont arrive on the allocated day your order will be returned to stock and a refund issued.
We will be opening our warehouse on weekends from 10am
Saturday Sunday
Place your order and our team will email you with an allocated time slot and a special number to call. Please arrive no later then 10 minutes from your slot as the next customer will be booked in then. Call the designated number, stay in your car and we will bring your order outside and return to the warehouse. If you need help loading items into the car please let us know and we can advise protocol from there.
2. Extra FREE local delivery runs
2 new local runs are being added on Mondays and Wednesdays to the following postal codes

We have lowered the min order value to £10 to hopefully help those of you with less freezer space to take advantage of our awesome service.
Our drivers are carrying out a safe door policy at the moment so your order will be left in a safe place and a text message will be sent to advise you where it is.
3. RAWGOS
Our Blyth shop is turning to a trade counter service. We will (hopefully) have a computer set up on the counter, you can come in order online and our staff will pick and pack your goods for you.
This will be time consuming for you and our team so we advise that you look at using click and collect or our delivery service
We are doing all we can to minimise contact and enforce social distancing as best we can without completely shutting our shops. Please use our click and collect service or take advantage of our delivery service instead of coming to the shop unless absolutely necessary.
