When will I get my order?


Firstly, check our delivery page to see when we are in your area. You can find that at: https://www.thewanderingdog.co.uk/deliveries Our deadline for all orders is 10am the day beforeyour run. If you have placed your order after our deadline then it will be added to the next available run in your area. We are unable to add late orders to our delivery runs at this time of the year.




When is Bulmers due?


Unfortunately we are unable to advise when Bulmers is due Please add your email address to the product you are waiting for, click the notify me button and as soon as it is in stock you will receive an email.




I have missed my deadline can you please add my order?


Adding a late order isnt that straight forward (unless we are already delivering right next to your street) as it means redoing our entire run and emailing all the customers that have been sent their times to let them know there is a new time. Particularly at this time of year we are incredibly busy and we are unable to add late orders to delivery runs.




Do you have X in stock?


If this is for Cullercoats please call our team on 0191 3401616 and we can check the freezers for you. If this is for home delivery please check our website, if the item is showing out of stock then we dont have any. You can, however, add your email address to the item you are waiting for, click the notify me button and as soon as it is in stock you will get an automatic email to let you know it is available.




I am not going to be in can you please advise the driver to leave my order X


We dont like to call the drivers while they are driving as they need to be concentrating on the road so, if there is a chance you are not going to be in please just pop a note in the comments box at checkout to advise us of a safe place to leave your food.
